Kids heading back to school over the next couple of weeks?

After many weeks away from school, I’m sure we’re all guilty of letting a few holiday habits slip in. Follow these tips and tricks to keep your family safer as the new school year starts.

When your child arrives home from school, get them to remove their shoes before entering the home, and spray them down with SteriGENE disinfectant. Shoe soles can have up to 421,000 units of bacteria, which we want to prevent being introduced to your home as much as possible. Once you’ve disinfected shoe soles, use 4KLEEN Biodegreaser to clean and shine shoe tops.

Backpacks and sunhats should also be sprayed with SteriGENE disinfectant and air dried at the end of each day, to keep them fresh and hygienic in between the more thorough laundry washes.

Adding a quality laundry disinfectant to your laundry load, in addition to your regular detergent, when washing those expensive school uniforms, PE kits and sunhats will get rid of any nasties, odour causing bacteria and increase its longevity. Oragene’s SteriGENE Laundry Liquid is strong enough to get rid of any bacteria, viruses and spores that may home on uniforms, but gentle enough that it won’t deteriorate uniform fabrics*.

4KLEEN Biodegreaser is also perfect for giving their bike, including the bike chain, a clean and shine before they head off to school.

Here at Oragene, we’re all about making it easy to keep your family safer, so we’ve put our most popular back school products in our Back to School bundle.
